RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We can be reached at, Support@printful .com and will gladly send a replacement at our cost.
If packages are marked as delivery was made but the customer states they have not received it, we will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order as you will need to reach out to your Carrier.
We Do Not accept size exchanges as we have a true-to-size chart for our customers for each product offered.
We also do not exchange or refund products due to a change of heart.
